ROSY.
NUTRITION & PERSONAL TRAINING

TWO AREAS OF EXPERTISE. ONE SHARED PHILOSOPHY.
Professional guidance,
delivered with a personal touch.
At ROSY, we believe health and fitness should feel supportive, sustainable and grounded in evidence. By bringing together specialist nutrition knowledge and structured personal training, we offer clients the flexibility to choose nutrition coaching, personalised strength training or a combined approach. Rather than quick fixes or extreme methods, we focus on education, consistency and building habits that work in real life.
REGISTERED ASSOCIATE NUTRITIONIST (ANutr) | LEVEL 4 CANCER EXERCISE REHABILITATION SPECIALIST
Rosy Allan

Rosy leads the nutrition side of ROSY, providing personalised nutrition coaching to support body composition, strength and long-term health.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Public Health Nutrition and is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition. Her work is rooted in evidence-based practice, with a focus on helping clients develop realistic, sustainable approaches to food, health and behaviour change.

Rosy is also a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Level 4 Cancer Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist, bringing additional expertise in exercise, recovery and physical wellbeing to her work.
A personal perspective
Rosy’s own experience of cancer has shaped her understanding of the physical and emotional challenges that can come with changes in health, body confidence and identity. That experience brings an added depth and compassion to her work, while her professional guidance remains firmly grounded in evidence, scope of practice and individual client needs.
LEVEL 3 QUALIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
Drake Fernandes
Drake leads the training side of ROSY, supporting clients with personalised exercise programmes, strength development and regular accountability. As a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, he works with clients to build confidence in the gym, improve physical fitness and develop training habits that are effective, realistic and sustainable. His role within ROSY is to ensure clients feel supported not only in their nutrition, but also in how they train — with guidance that is practical, encouraging and tailored to their goals.

A personal perspective
Having undergone two major surgeries for a torn bicep and ACL injury in close succession, Drake understands firsthand the physical and emotional challenges of rehabilitation. His personal experience brings empathy, patience and understanding to his coaching, helping clients feel supported through their own challenges and progress.

NUTRITION AND TRAINING, WORKING TOGETHER
Joined-up coaching for meaningful change.
We believe nutrition and strength training can complement one another in achieving meaningful body composition goals.
Rosy provides evidence-based nutrition coaching, while Drake delivers personalised strength training and accountability. Clients can access either service independently or bring both together through our combined coaching programme. Whatever the approach, our focus remains the same: helping people develop the knowledge, confidence and sustainable habits needed to make lasting progress.
