SUPPORT FOR YOUR NEXT STEP

Nutrition guidance that meets you where you are.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before seeking support. You might have a specific goal, or simply want a clearer understanding of what to eat and how to make it work.

Nutrition consultations may suit you if you want to:

  • Reduce body fat sustainably, with an approach that considers your appetite, preferences and lifestyle.

  • Support muscle building and strength training, with guidance on protein, meal structure and fuelling your activity.

  • Improve everyday eating habits, including planning meals, navigating busy schedules and finding convenient options.

  • Feel more confident around food, with clear explanations of nutrition claims, supplements and conflicting advice.

  • Re-establish eating routines after cancer treatment, or seek general healthy-eating guidance while living with and beyond cancer.

You can work with Rosy on nutrition independently, whether you already have a trainer, exercise on your own or aren’t currently training.

A CLEAR PLAN FOR EVERYDAY LIFE

Understand your needs.
Put advice into practice.

Before your consultation

You’ll complete a nutrition assessment covering your goals, usual eating habits, relevant health history, lifestyle and food preferences. This helps Rosy prepare and identify the areas you would most like support with.

During your consultation

Together, you’ll explore your current diet, what is working and what feels difficult. Rosy will explain her recommendations and help you agree realistic priorities, with time to ask questions.

After your consultation

You’ll receive personalised written recommendations and agreed action points. These may cover meal structure, food choices, portions and nutrition targets where appropriate, giving you a clear starting point for putting the advice into practice.

Progress is considered in relation to what matters to you. Alongside body measurements where useful, that might include more consistent meals, better fuelling for training, confidence in your food choices or making eating well feel more manageable.

LIVING WITH AND BEYOND CANCER

Thoughtful support after a change in health.

A cancer diagnosis can leave you with questions about food, changes in your body and uncertainty about whose advice to trust.

Rosy brings both professional nutrition knowledge and personal experience of cancer treatment to her work. Consultations offer space to discuss general healthy eating, explore food concerns and develop manageable routines that take account of your circumstances and any advice from your healthcare team.

Suitability is assessed individually. If you have unintentional weight loss, difficulty eating or needs requiring specialist clinical nutrition care, Rosy will recommend support from your oncology team or a registered dietitian.

MEET YOUR NUTRITIONIST
Professional knowledge.
A personal approach.
Rosy Allan holds a BSc (Hons) in Public Health Nutrition and is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition.

She also brings years of experience in the food industry, having worked as a chef, run her own catering company and worked as a food technologist in new product development. This practical background complements her nutrition expertise, helping her translate nutritional science into meals and ideas that are enjoyable, achievable and suited to everyday life.

Her approach recognises that food choices are shaped by much more than knowledge alone. Your time, budget, health, culture and enjoyment of food all have a place in the conversation.

The aim is to help you understand your options and build confidence in making choices that suit you.
